Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your Nova account and associated personal data, you can request this by contacting AtlasGen support.
How to request deletion
Email team@atlasgen-team.com using the email address linked to your Nova account and include the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
What we delete
After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your Nova account where reasonably possible, including account-related information and app data linked to your account.
Information we may retain
Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes.
Subscriptions
If you purchased a Nova subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you may also need to manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.
