These Terms apply to your use of Nova, an AI product built by AtlasGen.

1. About Nova

Nova is an AI productivity and companion product. It is designed to help users chat, organise thoughts, generate briefs, and work with saved context.

2. Use of the product

You must use Nova lawfully and responsibly. You must not use Nova to create, request, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.

3. AI-generated content

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for checking important information before relying on it.

4. Not professional advice

Nova does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Seek a qualified professional where appropriate.

5. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions and payments

If Nova offers paid plans, pricing, billing terms, usage limits, and cancellation rules will be shown at or before purchase.

7. Changes to Nova

AtlasGen may update, improve, suspend, or change parts of Nova as the product develops.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtlasGen is not liable for losses arising from unchecked reliance on AI-generated outputs.

9. Intellectual property

Nova, AtlasGen, the Nova name, product design, website content, software, branding, graphics, text, layouts, features, and related materials are owned by AtlasGen Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark, database right, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limited licence

Subject to these Terms, AtlasGen grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Nova for lawful personal or business purposes. You do not acquire ownership of Nova, its software, branding, design, or underlying technology.

11. Restrictions

You must not copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works from, or attempt to extract the source code, models, systems, prompts, workflows, or proprietary logic of Nova except where the law expressly allows it.
