Billing, refunds, and account deletion
Nova subscriptions are managed through AtlasGen billing. You can manage your membership, payment method, invoices, and cancellation through the secure billing portal. Do not send card details by email.
If you cancel a Nova Membership, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the paid period has started and Nova has been made available or used, except where required by law or where AtlasGen confirms a billing issue.
Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation. You can request account deletion from inside Nova where available, through the Account Deletion page, or by emailing support from the email address linked to your Nova account.
