Refund Policy

This policy explains how Nova Membership cancellations and refund requests are handled for subscriptions purchased through the AtlasGen website.

Cancellations

You can cancel future renewals through the secure billing portal or by contacting AtlasGen support. If you cancel a Nova Membership, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds

Nova is a subscription service that provides access to AI responses, memory, briefs, usage allowance, and account features once membership is active. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the paid billing period has started and Nova has been made available or used, except where required by law.

AtlasGen may review refund requests for confirmed billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorised or fraudulent payments, material service failures, or other circumstances required by applicable law. Refunds are not normally provided for forgetting to cancel, change of mind, unused allowance, or cancellation after substantial use of Nova during the paid period.

How refunds are processed

If a refund is approved, it is normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe where possible. Timing depends on Stripe, card networks, banks, and payment providers.

Account deletion

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. If you want future billing to stop, cancel through the billing portal or contact support before deleting your Nova account.
